A proud Puerto Rican and Italian woman, Laurie was born and raised in New Jersey, with a deep love for NYC, and now calls Austin, Texas home. She’s a veteran, mom of two, dog mom of two, entrepreneur, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology — because apparently one lane was never enough, haha!
But one thing that has always brought her joy is cooking.
Laurie’s love for food has grown through her travels around the world, experiencing new cultures, tasting different cuisines, and seeing how food has the power to bring people together no matter where you are.
Through PR Bites, Culinary Beauty is bringing it back to her Puerto Rican roots as she combines her love of cooking, culture, family, and good food to create something that feels like home.
For Laurie, every dish is made con gusto, con sabor, and most importantly, with love.
